BPMH Limited

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 3 August 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to tickets and attendance for the BodyPower Metabolic Health Conference organised by BPMH Limited. By purchasing or accepting a ticket, you agree to these terms.

Organiser: BPMH Limited
Address: Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE
Contact: admin@bodypower.com

2. The event

The conference is currently scheduled for 28–29 November 2026 at ExCeL London. The booking page and official event communications contain the latest details, including timings, access information and ticket inclusions.

3. Tickets and booking

4. Prices and payment

Ticket prices, taxes, booking fees and optional products will be shown before payment. Payments are processed through Ticket Tailor and its payment partners. We do not directly receive complete payment-card details.

5. Cooling-off and change-of-mind cancellations

Tickets for a leisure event on a specified date do not generally carry the usual 14-day online cooling-off right. Except where these terms or applicable law provide otherwise, tickets are non-refundable when a purchaser simply changes their mind or can no longer attend.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Ticket transfers and name changes

We will normally allow a ticket to be transferred to another person or the attendee name to be changed, subject to verification, any stated deadline and any reasonable administrative requirements.

Requests must be sent to admin@bodypower.com from the purchaser's email address.

7. Event cancellation

If BPMH Limited cancels the event and does not provide a replacement date, affected ticket holders will be offered a refund of the ticket price paid, processed through the original payment route where reasonably possible.

Unless required by law, we are not responsible for travel, accommodation, visa, subsistence or other personal costs arranged separately by an attendee.

8. Postponement or material date change

If the event is postponed, existing tickets will normally remain valid for the replacement date. We will communicate the available options and any deadline for requesting a refund if the new date cannot be attended.

9. Speakers, programme and venue changes

Speakers, topics, session times, programme order, rooms and event features may change for operational, professional, safety or circumstances beyond our control. A reasonable programme change does not by itself entitle a ticket holder to a refund.

We will try to communicate material changes promptly and provide a conference of substantially comparable overall value.

10. Admission and conduct

11. Accessibility and special requirements

Please notify us of accessibility or reasonable adjustment requirements as early as possible. We will work with the venue and relevant suppliers to provide reasonable support, although particular requests may depend on notice, availability and venue capability.

12. Photography, filming and recordings

Photography, filming and audio recording may take place during the event for reporting, educational, promotional and archival purposes. Where reasonably possible, attendees who do not wish to appear in identifiable promotional footage should notify the event team.

Attendees must not make or distribute unauthorised recordings of presentations, slides or protected materials where recording is prohibited.

13. Intellectual property

Conference branding, course materials, slides, recordings and other content remain the property of BPMH Limited, speakers or their respective owners. A ticket does not transfer intellectual-property rights.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to the paragraph above, BPMH Limited is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by an attendee's own act or omission, or loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any liability will be assessed in accordance with applicable law.

15. Circumstances beyond our control

We may need to amend, postpone or cancel aspects of the event because of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, venue failure, public-health measures, industrial action, civil emergency, government action or speaker incapacity. We will act reasonably and communicate available options.

16. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms applying to an existing purchase are normally those presented or linked when the order was made, except where a change is required by law or is clearly beneficial to the ticket holder.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may also have rights to bring proceedings in another UK jurisdiction where applicable.

19. Contact and complaints

For ticket support, transfers, complaints or questions, email admin@bodypower.com.

These terms are intended to be clear and fair. They should be reviewed whenever ticket products, event arrangements or applicable legal requirements change.
